Dean Geyer was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a Austgralian singer/songwriter who finished third in the Australian Idol 2006 talent contest. In November, 2007 it was announced that Dean would be joining the case of “Neighbors” playing Ty Harper, law school drop out and aspiring singer.
